Your TRADiTREE is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of original purchase. If your TRADiTREE breaks within the 30 day limited warranty from original purchase, a new one will be replaced at no charge, shipping not included. A new TRADiTREE will be shipped to you once proof of purchase, proof of breakage and payment for shipping has been received by the company. Proof of breakage can be in the form of a photo emailed to the company or the broken product is returned to the company.
